We anticipate shipments to begin in staggered waves over late Q4 (November 2020 - December 2020) into Q1 2021 (January 2021 - March 2021).
We wish to notify you that we have scheduled production for the following items at our state-side facility after completion of the Captain’s Duty Uniforms:
- STAR TREK™: DISCOVERY - Starfleet Officer's Duty Uniform for Men
- STAR TREK™: DISCOVERY - Starfleet Officer's Duty Uniform for Women
As such, we want to ensure the size and address on your order are correctly updated in our system.
Should you require either a size change or address change (or both!), we ask that you go to our Help Center “Submit a Request” page located here:

When there, please provide us with the following information:
- Subject: Pre-ship Uniform Update
- ANOVOS Order Number
- New Shipping Address
- Updated Garment Size

**IMPORTANT AND URGENT: All size and address changes must be submitted by September 15, 2020.**
After September 15, 2020 we cannot accept any size and address changes for these orders. Our manufacturing and fulfillment departments will lock this information so they may optimally process and ship your orders.
Furthermore, no size exchanges will be possible after the delivery of these items, as these are made in batches. Please be sure you double-check the sizing before this change period expires.
